Each week gives use of the entire estate for that week – the main Manoir, the Guest Cottages and La Grange (sleeping in total 14 to 18 people). All the garden and meadow areas are also for the sole use of the owner of each individual week.
Charges
All the running costs will be covered by a low annual cost-based operating fee that will be divided by 51 weeks (the 52nd week will be used for more intrusive maintenance chores).
The Manoir will be managed at a flat fee by the Estate Manager, who will take care of all the weekly chores and the bills - a fully transparent situation. We estimate that the operating cost will not exceed £450 per week purchased for the entire estate. The charges include:
- independent manager’s fee
- maintaining the gardens
- cleaning
- bed linen and towels
- local taxes
- insurance
- electricity and heating
- fire wood
- satellite TV
- broadband internet connection
- sinking fund for maintenance and repairs
